Burrata Chopped Sandwich



 INGREDIENTS (serves 3-4)

1 ball burrata

8 cherry tomatoes

5 slices of prosciutto

Handful basil

Pinch of salt and pepper

1 tbsp olive oil (I used rosemary infused)

1 tsp balsamic vinegar

1 loaf ciabatta or your favourite bread

METHOD

Add all of the ingredients (except ciabatta) onto a board and chop into tiny pieces, mixing together

Toast your bread lightly and scoop 2-3 tbsp of the filling onto the bread

Enjoy!
